If you do not agree with any of these Terms & Conditions, please do not use Malehairunits.com as your hair system provider. We are committed to keeping costs low for our valued customers, thus, protection for both ourselves and our customers is of great importance.

These Terms & Conditions may be modified or updated without notice. You will be bound by the terms that were checked off with your purchase.

Malehairunits.com reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your use of this website following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the Terms & Conditions as changed. For this reason, we encourage you to review our Terms & Conditions whenever you use this website.

1. INTRODUCTION
1.1 You will be able to access most areas of this Website without registering your details with us. Certain areas of this Website are only open to you if you register.
1.2 We may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. You should check this website from time to time to review the then-current Terms & Conditions because they are binding on you as a customer. Certain provisions of these Terms & Conditions may be superseded by expressly designated legal notices or terms located on particular pages of this website. If you do not wish to accept any new Terms & Conditions after notice is given, please discontinue the use of this site.

2. PLACING AN ORDER
2.1 You are deemed to place an order with us by ordering via the online checkout process. As part of our checkout process, you will be given the opportunity to revise your order and correct any errors once an order is placed. We will send you an order acknowledgment, detailing the products you have ordered.
2.2 Our acceptance of an order takes place when we change the order status to pending. We will send you a dispatch confirmation by email. When we dispatch the order the purchase contract will be made even if your payment has been processed immediately unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have canceled your order.

2.3 Please allow 24-72 hours if you select an online styling (base cut and/or haircut). After completion, your order will be shipped depending on the shipping method you have selected. Please expect delays during the holiday season.
2.4 We may refuse to accept an order:

where goods are not available;
where we cannot obtain authorize
action for your payment;
if there has been a pricing or product description error; or
if you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions.

** Please note, ALL orders placed online with FedEx/DHL/USPS/ shipping must be submitted and received before 4:00 pm Eastern Time.

3. PRICING
3.1 Where we charge separately for packing, carriage and insurance, and other relevant charges, the appropriate rates are set out in our specified pricing structure shown elsewhere on this Website.
3.2 Our prices are reviewed periodically and the next review will be on 01/12/2019.

4. CANCELLATION AND RETURNS POLICY

Important Notice: ALL HAIR UNITS COME TO YOU CURLY PACKED. PLEASE GENTLY INSPECT IT FOR COLOR, HAIR QUALITY, AND BASE SIZE BEFORE YOU CUT, TRIM OR OTHERWISE DAMAGE THE PACKAGING. PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT THE HAIR UNIT NEEDS TO BE RETURNED TO US IN THE SAME CONDITION AS YOU RECEIVED IT (CURLY PACKED).

We will not be able to return or exchange the hair unit if it is not in the same condition it was when it was shipped out. Do not discard the plastic support if you need to try the hair unit for fit.

STOCK ORDERS:

The Return Policy is that you have 15 days from the day of purchase to return your un-cut, uncolored hair unit for a full refund, minus the shipping paid and a restocking charge of $15.00. If you have selected a final sale option (base cut, or hairstyling), the hair unit can no longer be returned or exchanged. Depending on the model, a lace front cut/ excess lace or poly skin cut will be included, unless specified otherwise. Any special requirements need to be addressed at the time of the order being placed.

Overstock and Final sale items:

All items located in our overstock and clearance category are final sale, no return, no exchange, no refund.

All online services items including trimming base off, resizing, haircut, perm, coloring all final sale, no return, no refund, and no warranty once the hair unit has been alternated,

CUSTOM ORDERS:

All custom hair systems may be resubmitted for changes such as color, density, etc. within 10 days:

If a mistake is made by us we will correct the problem and cover all shipping costs. This result will only occur if the custom order does not match the specifications on the order sheet.

If the customer made the mistake they will incur any cost to fix the problem (if they want it fixed) along with the shipping costs. We offer corrections on custom systems provided the customer does the following: They must first give us an opportunity to correct any errors such as density, color, etc. Then we will send back the corrected hair system to them. If the Customer chose the wrong color, sized base, type, length, style, etc., then we will charge a fee of no less than $55.00 to correct the problem. Additionally, any extras such as rush, super rush, or extra hair length charges will not be refunded.

We can only guarantee the order as submitted by the client. If the client chooses the wrong specs they are responsible for any additional costs. We are more than happy to assist our clients but we are under no obligation to do so.

Rush orders can not be canceled once your order is submitted. We do not guarantee the rush schedule, if we failed the rush to save extra weeks, we do not refund the rush surcharge.

For Supplies:

All supplies are final sale and can not be returned or exchanged under any circumstance. This policy is strictly enforced.

THERE WILL BE NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS ON CUSTOM ORDERS

5. LICENSE

5.1 You are permitted to print and download extracts from this Website for your own use on the following basis:

no documents or related graphics on this Website are modified in any way;
no graphics on this Website are used separately from the accompanying text;
any of our copyright and trademark notices and this permission notice appears in all copies.

5.2 Unless otherwise stated, the copyright and other intellectual property rights in all material on this Website (including without limitation photographs and graphical images) are owned by us or our licensors. For the purposes of these terms and conditions, any use of extracts from this Website other than in accordance with clause 5.1 above for any purpose is prohibited. If you breach any of the terms in these terms and conditions, your permission to use this Website automatically terminates and you must immediately destroy any downloaded or printed extracts from this Website.
5.3 Subject to clause 5.1, no part of this Website may be reproduced or stored in any other website or included in any public or private electronic retrieval system or service without our prior written permission.

6.1 While we endeavor to ensure that this Website is normally available 24 hours a day, we will not be liable if for any reason this Website is unavailable at any time or for any period.

9.2 Each registration is for a single user only. We do not permit you to share your username and password with any other person or with multiple users on a network.
9.3 Responsibility for the security of any passwords issued rests with you and if you know or suspect that someone else knows your password, you should contact us immediately.
9.4 We may suspend or cancel your registration immediately at our reasonable discretion or if you breach any of your obligations under these terms and conditions.
